Cancellation by you
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once.

If we need to cancel your consultation, you will receive a full refund or a new slot of your choice.
Completed consultations
Consultations that have already taken place, and reports already delivered, are not refundable.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days through Razorpay.
